I am a fully qualified nutritionist, personal trainer and coach and most of the time I practice what I preach!
I want to transform every aspect every aspect of my life – this might seem a huge task but I’m up for it and I’ve got a year to do it so need to remember not to do it all at once!
The purpose of this blog is to keep a journal of my progress and to log both the triumphs and the stumbles.
